Warranty Policy

At KROK’IN IT, we want you to love your shoe charms. If your charm breaks or has a defect within 7 days of purchase under normal use, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund. This warranty does not cover lost charms, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use. To avoid damage, charms should be removed by pushing them out from the inside of the shoe, rather than pulling them out from the top. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us with details of the problem and your proof of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
